- Greg Cole Added 2017-11-02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor customer service by Amy the nails technician! Left work early for an appointment and due to traffic was 8 minutes late. She refused to do my nails. Unbelievable when customer service counts for everything in this day and age.
Last time I was in early for the first appointment of the day and she had me sit to start my nails 5 minutes after my appt time and it wasn't a big deal but when roles are reversed it is another story! Easy to say I will not be returning! Another nail technician will be able to have my money every 3 weeks.
